Delivery & Returns
Shipping and delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days.
In the UK: Delivery of all small items and standard prints will be with Royal Mail First Class. Delivery of original artwork and limited prints is with Royal Mail 48 Tracked. You should expect the item within 3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent on dispatch day for original artworks and limited prints.
International: Delivery of all small items and standard prints will be with Royal Mail Standard International. Delivery of original artwork and limited prints is with Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery speed will vary with location, but in general you should expect the item within 10-21 business days. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent on dispatch day for original artworks and limited prints.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of customs duties and/or any other fees applied.
Please contact me if you would like to choose a different delivery service such as courier or tracking for small items, or if you would like urgent/priority shipping (extra charges may be applied for these).
Digital products should be available to view/download immediately. Please contact me if you have any problem accessing your course or download.
Returns and refunds
Most items can be returned within a 30-day window after purchase. After this point, no refund is possible. You are also welcome to exchange for an item of equivalent price and shipping cost (physical items only).
There are no refunds on small items under £10 price (gifts, cards, or non-limited prints). This includes standard or sale prices. There are also no refunds on digital products such as courses and downloadables.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please contact me to let me know that you a returning an item for refund. Once the item is received safely, your refund will be processed. If the item arrives damaged or after 30 days from the initial delivery, only a partial refund may be granted.
Note that, depending on the means of payment, refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of customs duties and/or any other fees applied. You are also responsible for the costs of the return postage and appropriate tracking/insurance should be used for original artworks.
Workshops and courses
In-person In general, all in-person workshops and courses are non-refundable outside of exceptional circumstances. This allows me to afford to be able to continue offering classes to smaller groups. If you feel your circumstances warrant a refund, please contact me to discuss. Courses may be paid for in installments by BACS transfer, please contact me to discuss. Once the course is partially paid for, you undertake to also pay future installments unless in exceptional circumstances. I have a general transfer policy available so if you can no longer make a scheduled class, you may transfer to a different class so long as the class is not full and has sufficient numbers to run. Please please contact me to work out some options in this case.
Online All online workshops and courses are non-refundable.
